Chronic illness and chronic pain is no fun. It can often mean high pain days when things are worse than usual. On those days it’s not always easy to articulate that we are in pain, as we try to ignore or manage it. When this happen, having a way to share with others around you can be a great way of communicating without having to talk about it. This pin is also a great way to spark conversations and raise awareness of what it’s like to live with chronic/acute high pain days.
