Shipping policy
Order Processing
Once your full order has arrived at our distribution centre, we aim to process it within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the time you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times are distinct from the shipping times shown at checkout.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or postal service issues beyond our control.
Preorders & Split Shipments
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped together once all items are available.
If you would prefer to receive your in-stock items sooner, we are happy to split the shipment. However, a second postage fee will apply, and this must be covered by the customer.
Unless we are notified in writing at the time of ordering, all items will be held and dispatched together once the full order is ready.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer shipping throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
International Shipping Rates
We also ship internationally. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) imposed by your country. These charges are your responsibility and Kylee & Co cannot cover or refund them.
Order Status
When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 72 business hours for tracking information to become active.
If you have not received your order within 10 business days after your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@kyleeandco.nz with your name and order number, and we will investigate promptly.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that some carriers have restrictions on deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Check your carrier’s policy to avoid any issues.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
Please note that we only refund faulty or damaged stock.
Upon receiving photos of damaged stock (and possibly requesting that the item be destroyed or rendered unusable) or upon inspecting the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. When approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Store credit or exchanges may be considered at our discretion - pending the item is in new/unused condition.
Please choose carefully and contact us if you have any questions regarding sizing or other details to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or purchaser error.
