How to use

  1. Peel your garlic. Remove the skin from each clove.
  2. Open the grinder. Twist apart the two halves.
  3. Place garlic inside. Add the peeled cloves into the bottom half.
  4. Close and twist. Reattach the top and twist the two halves back and forth to crush the garlic.
  5. Open and use. Twist open to access the freshly minced garlic.
  6. Optional tip. If your recipe uses liquids (like oil or broth), you can rinse each side of the grinder with a small splash of liquid to help loosen and collect any leftover garlic.
  7. Scoop and clean. Use a spoon to remove the garlic, then rinse or wash the grinder when you’re done.
