May be especially useful for athletes and musicians to help stretch and expand their hands and grip abilities. Whether that is music, dance, rock climbing, golfing, tennis, weight lifting, swimming, or any other form of sport that requires or relies on strong hands, the hand grip exerciser can be added as a tool to aid you in your training programme, or rehab after an injury.

How to pick the right strength:
🟢 Light – 3 kg resistance: Perfect for beginners, kids, or anyone with reduced hand strength or recovering from injury. Great for gentle stretching, improving mobility, or easing stiffness.

Why use this product?
This movement helps strengthen the muscles used to open your hand, which often get overlooked. It’s great for balance, recovery, and overall hand health.
How to use:
- Place each finger, including the thumb, into one of the five loops so the band sits around the tips of your fingers.
- Start with your fingers close together, palm open and relaxed.
- Slowly spread your fingers outward, stretching the band as far as comfortable.
- Hold briefly, then bring your fingers back together with control.
- Repeat 10–15 times, switching hands when ready.
