How to use:

  1. Hold the ring in one hand, with your fingers on one side and your thumb on the other.
  2. Squeeze to press the inner suction cups together until they stick.
  3. Release your grip or gently pull the ring apart to create a loud pop sound.
  4. Repeat as often as you like. It is a great tool for building grip strength, fine motor skills, as well as providing satisfying sensory feedback.
  5. Tip: Try alternating hands or popping to a rhythm for added fun and challenge!
