How to Use (In the Car): 

🚗 Position the pillow against your car seat headrest with the flat base resting securely against the seat.

🔗 Wrap the adjustable elastic strap around the headrest posts and clip it closed firmly.

⬆️ Slide the pillow up or down until the side supports sit level with your jawline or just below your ears.

🧍 Sit back slowly and allow your head to rest naturally between the side cushions.
