Use our gel heel socks during daytime hours to add some cushioning to the bottom of your heels (great for those who get heel spurs, and those who wear braces such as AFO’s for example). They are a brilliant way to add some padding, without the bulk!
Reusable and comfortable enough to wear daily. Extend the life and moisturing effects of your socks hand wash, or wash in a machine at no more than 30°. Avoid direct sunlight, air dry. To keep the oils evenly distributed in your socks, store flat, not rolled in a ball.

How to use: Use these socks for 30-45 minutes at a time to help moisturise and soften your heels, for best effect, wear overnight. You can add extra cream to boost the moisturising effects even further. You can also wear them during the day with your shoes to help add some padding to the ball socket of your heels. Wear them as you would any other regular sock. Take care of them to extend the life of the oils in the gel.
